acre Environmental Park.
Southeastern Center

Reynolda

The former home of the founders of RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company,
this National Historic Property, built in the early 1900s,
showcases many American paintings of the 18th-20th centuries. The
house adjoins lovely formal gardens and many of the support buildings
have been converted to the shops and restaurants of Reynolda Village.
Historic

The first Moravian village in North Carolina, Bethabara was settled
in 1753 and now stands as a 175 acre park with 18th century homes,
church, palisade fort, cabins and gardens. A wildlife preserve features
wetland education trails and a raised walkway.
Piedmont

RayLen

Museum of Anthropology

Located on the campus of Wake Forest University, the museum offers
exhibits on the cultures and inhabitants of the Americas, Asia,
Africa and Oceania. It is the only museum devoted to the study of
world cultures in the southeastern United States.
